Robert Wright returns for his third season as TAS U14 Bantam head hockey coach this spring in 2020. Coach Wright joined the Twice as Strong family in 2018 as a proven leader who achieves winning results both on and off the ice. Behind the helm, Wright features a 15 – 4 - 3 record with the Strong.
Coach Wright is an established instructor who brings plenty of hockey experience as a former outstanding player and seasoned coach. Coach Wright has a vast background between the pipes where he spent his career stopping pucks and directing his teammates. In addition, Coach Wright was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame for outstanding performance in 2002. Coach Wright specializing in developing players in all facets of the game and is well known for sending many players to various colleges and the National Hockey League. We are proud to have such a strong valued coach who practices moral and ethical standards as well as established himself as a consummate professional in the hockey world. Rob is a 1989 graduate of Norwich University and lives locally. Coach Wright is currently directing the goalies for Belmont Hill Varsity Hockey Program and lives by the motto, “developing players and advocating for their future."
